Electricity and heating is included in the price. A basket of logs are supplied for the log fire but further can be purchased locally.

A Deposit of £250 is required to confirm your booking.
We ask for the balance of the tariff eight weeks prior to your arrival date. Non-payment of the balance will be taken as cancellation. For bookings made within two months of your arrival date, we ask for the full payment.

Cancellation
If you require to cancel a reservation for any reason, please notify us by telephone or email as soon as possible.
If we are able to re-let the property, you will be reimbursed in full less the sum of £25 for administration costs.
If we are unable to re-let the property, cancellation costs shall be incurred as follow:
– More than 8 weeks before arrival due date, your deposit shall be forfeited.
– Less than 8 weeks before arrival due date, you will be liable to pay the full cost of rental (deposit and balance).
We reserve the right to cancel bookings an any time.

We strongly recommend that you protect yourself against unforeseen events by taking out suitable holiday/cancellation insurance.

In case of ferry/plane disruptions due to bad weather or any other reason, we cannot be held responsible for late or non-arrival at the property, and no refunds can be provided.

Arrivals and departures
Bhein Bhan is let from Saturday to Saturday. The cottage will be ready from 4 pm on the day of arrival and guests are politely requested to vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure.

Cleaning of property
The property should be left in the same condition as on arrival (clean and tidy). All necessary cleaning products and ustensils are supplied.
Any damage/breakages should be reported before departure, in order that these can be rectified for the next guests.
In certain circumstances, losses or damages may be charged in full.

Pets
We accept well behaved pets as long as they stay downstairs only, stair gates provided.

Smoking
For the comfort of all guests, the cottage is non-smoking. We ask that guests wishing to smoke step outside to do so.
